Hiya! I'm Ishiat, a researcher in the UK.
As of 10th January, 2026, I find myself in some combination of momentary existentialism, nostalgia, rumination and plain boredom with the way I interact with the internet, and the greater community as a whole.
This is the first time I've had a resounding call to resolution, and what better time than New Years! I plan to set aside time daily, to read at least one scientific article, bits of a book, or just information from a random corner of the internet -- and then some to write about what I've learnt that day.
